Why sell to Moose?

The process of selling to Moose is as easy as 1,2,3.

3. Sort your clothing according to our criteria and get them ready for shipment.

*Please note that we do not buy or sell Shein stock as part of making sure we support sustainable and fair labour markets.

Criteria and pricing of buying

• Items with a tag should be evaluated separately and will be offered at least 50% of the retail price. 

• Items can be evaluated for between 15-50% of retail price. 

• Any clothing hangers will be offered R1 each. 

• Criteria: 

  • No stains, holes, pilling or cracked prints. 

  • White clothing should be checked carefully. 

  • No Shein stock or stock without a size

  • No dirty shoes 

  • No stock that is old and outdated (Keedo stock with the XS- XXL size guide will be considered based on quality)

  • No homemade items

  • No used bibs/blankets 

  • Items with a name written inside will be considered depending on quality.

Buying process 

• After the evaluation of items is done, an offer can be made for the value of the items in cash, or store credit. The store credit will be the offer plus 20%. 

• Store credit is not exchangeable for cash in the future. 

• Store credit has to be used within 6 months. 

• Store credit can be used on more than one shopping spree. 

• Any offers above R1000 will be made in 2 or more payments, this will be arranged with the seller. 

• Payments are made on or before the 30th of each month.
